Order Tracking

Damages

• Valueplus Technologies is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier or our support team directly to file a claim.

• Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Lost or Stolen Packages

• If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly. We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
